Editorial Standards
Reds Daily is committed to accurate, fair, and transparent sports journalism. This page describes how we create content, verify information, and maintain editorial integrity.
How Content Is Created
Our coverage draws from official league data, team communications, press releases, and verified news sources. All statistics and game data are sourced from official league APIs. We cite sources wherever possible and update articles when new information becomes available.
Editorial Process
Articles are reviewed for factual accuracy, fair context, and clear attribution before publication. We do not publish unverified rumors as fact. Opinion and analysis pieces are clearly labeled as such and are held to the same factual standards as news reporting.
Use of Instinct
Reds Daily uses Instinct, a content assistance platform, to help draft and structure articles from verified data sources. Our workflow operates on a Human-to-Machine-to-Human model:
- Human editorial direction determines what to cover and how
- Instinct assists with drafting articles from structured, verified data
- Human editors review every piece for accuracy, context, and quality
- Human approval is required before any content is published
No content is published without human review. Instinct does not fabricate quotes, invent events, or generate information beyond what is present in verified source data. All factual claims — scores, statistics, roster moves, transaction details — are sourced from official league data.
Accuracy and Corrections
We take accuracy seriously. When we make a mistake, we correct it promptly and transparently. See our Corrections Policy for how to report errors and how we handle them.
Independence
Editorial decisions at Reds Daily are made independently. Advertising and sponsorship relationships do not influence our coverage or editorial judgment.
